outlet and e comm). Strategically managed multi-focused design team, balancing productivity and creativity.

Managed the design budget and calendar, collaborating with production and sales to complete GTM calendar.

Launched chase calendar and local development process for select categories in order to decrease market response

time and capitalize on trend. Worked with global partners in Asia as well as domestic vendors. Presented seasonal

product to global sales teams, investment partners and cross functional teams. Creatively drove licensed relationships,

Created multiple color palettes and pattern stories each season tailored to each branch of the brand’s unique

customer ID base. Compiled directional trend materials through extensive runway research, international travel, and

Director - Concept: Graphics | Abercrombie & Fitch | 2003 – 2009

Researched trends and developed brand appropriate direction to expand and evolve male and female graphics

business for all 5 of A&F’s brands (Abercrombie & Fitch, Abercrombie kids, Hollister co, Ruehl 925, and Gilly Hicks).

Created directional forecasting media and design inspiration samples for use by design teams. Traveled overseas and

domestically to research trend direction. Worked closely with all brands’ art directors and merchants on execution of

each of the seasonal lines.

Spearheaded concept and product development with a focus on pushing creativity and driving business. Directed

design and technical design team of six designers.

Designer | Urban Outfitters | 2000 – 2003

Designer of women’s soft dressing; Free People. Drove trend and color research, owned palette creation, print

development and embellishment layouts. Sketched designs from conception to production, incorporating fabric and

trim development. Fit garments from initial sample to final product. Created and developed free people “re-made”, a

vintage remade line with nationwide distribution. Involved closely with visual merchandising and helped to concept

and execute displays in Free People inaugural store.
